Everything about my stay was great. My first time getting a hotel in San Francisco and I had no complaints. Both public transit and some BART stops were nearby, that made it even more convenient for me as I was traveling without a car. Super walkable, if you enjoy city sights and walks then I highly recommend. Got an upgrade to a higher up room with a view. The sky bar was amazing, both prices and the view and the vibes. Would definitely stay here again, and am planning to do so soon.

We arrived in San Francisco with our family and children to celebrate New Year’s and stayed at this hotel. Overall, our experience was very positive. Pros: The hotel has an incredibly convenient location — everything needed for walks with children is within walking distance, which made our stay especially comfortable. The parking is located inside the hotel and is secured. Closer to the evening, we noticed that there was more security at the hotel entrance, and they were not just there for appearance — they actively controlled access to the hotel. Throughout our stay, we felt safe and did not see any suspicious individuals in or around the hotel or in the parking area. Despite the large number of guests during the holiday, the elevators worked very efficiently: waiting time was only a few seconds, and the ride to the desired floor was quick and smooth. The room: We stayed on the 29th floor. The room had a sofa, a table, a TV and a phone, two double beds, a coffee machine, and a safe. The bathroom was well equipped with all necessary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner) in generous amounts, as well as a hair dryer. There was also a small refrigerator and an ice bucket with two glasses — a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room was ABSOLUTELY CLEAN!!— we did not notice any dust or dirt anywhere, even near the baseboards or under the sink. The windows offered a city view. The only thing to keep in mind is that we could not see the fireworks from our room. Hotel amenities: The hotel has an outdoor heated pool and a jacuzzi. However, there is one significant downside. We stayed in Tower 1, while the pool is located in Tower 3, so after swimming you need to walk quite a distance through the hotel. In addition, the room does not provide bathrobes or disposable slippers, which means after the pool you have to change into regular winter clothes and shoes to return to your room. It would be great if the hotel provided robes and slippers. We also encountered a small organizational issue: there is no designated place to leave used or wet pool towels — there is only an area for clean, dry towels, which was inconvenient. Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant, and we would gladly return to this hotel again.

Great hotel, right in the center. The staff is curtious and accommodating. The rooms are specious and clean. The bad is on the hard side. The pillows are soft. The pressure in the shower is good. TV is rudimentary and does not allow streaming services. The food is pricey, breakfast buffet is $41.

Great location! Only a few blocks from Union Square and public transit including the streetcar turnaround point, easily walkable to downtown businesses if you're here for work. The cityscape lounge upstairs opens at 4 and is a great way to end the evening looking at panoramic of the city from up high at sunset or lit up in the evening. I was in Tower one and loved the balcony facing Salesforce Tower - I would lie in the bed with the curtains open watching the lights change in the evening, and the morning light of sunrise in the morning. I was impressed with the bathroom and that there is a large counter, a shelf underneath the sink the length of the counter, a drawer for the hair dryer, a hook right next to the shower for towels, and yay a hook for a washcloth inside the shower as well as a few shelves. The labeling of shampoo, conditioner and soap are large font finally so I could see them without my glasses. Plugs available in both sides of the bed. Would recommend staying here again.

Thanks to Patti at the concierge, our trip was so much more enjoyable. Due to our circumstances, we had to completely change our day trip plans, but she was incredibly kind and recommended so many great activities we could enjoy with our child. We ended up having even more fun than with our original plans. Whenever we passed by, she always greeted us warmly and asked how our trip was going and if we needed anything. Because of her, we truly want to come back to this hotel again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to give the biggest shout out and thank you to Tony M. from engineering. He went above and beyond to help fix the issue I was having with my A/C and was incredibly kind, patient and had a great attitude about it. He thought of multiple solutions and ensured that I would be comfortable during my stay, never once making me feel like a bother. If every hotel engineer could be like Tony, the world would be a perfect place. 10000/10! Thank you so very much Tony!!

had an amazing experience at the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco. I stayed on the 40th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning waking up to that skyline was something I won’t forget! Parking was super easy in the secure garage, which made coming and going stress-free a big plus in a busy city like SF. The hotel felt very safe and well-managed throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the outdoor pool and hot tub such a great way to relax after a long day. I also loved the 24-hour grab & go market in the lobby. It had solid breakfast options, snacks, and drinks whenever I needed something quick and convenient. Don’t miss the bar on the 46th floor — the views are next level and the cocktails are just as impressive. I especially loved the passionfruit drink super refreshing and well-crafted. The location is unbeatable close to Union Square, great for sightseeing or attending events, and easy access to public transportation. Overall, this is a stunning hotel with excellent amenities, top-notch service, and a truly unforgettable atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!
